1. MORNING ROUTINE

The way you start your day will determine what follows. You’re either setting yourself up to dominate the day or to be dominated by it.

Start the day off by reminding yourself WHY you’re getting up. Read your goals, visualize them and remember why you are determined to achieve them. Do some physical exercise to get your heart pumping and drink plenty of water. If you don’t have time to go for a run or to the gym in the morning you can do some push ups. Listen to music that gets you fired up and elevates your emotional state. All of this will set you up to crush the rest of your day.

 

2. GIVE 100%

Decide to give every day all that you have. Don’t try and save energy by doing as little as possible, you will only get little back. In fact, the more you do, the more energy you will have. Think about it, how much energy do you have when you spend the whole day lazing around watching TV? Now think about how much energy you have when you’re immersed in a task that demands all of your focus and concentration.

Do all that you can, every single day. You will build a momentum that will soon make you unstoppable. Plus you can go to bed every night guilt free knowing you accomplished more than 99% of people that day.

 

3. EXERCISE

Whether you do this as part of your morning routine or at any other time of the day, it remains one of the most important parts of living a successful lifestyle. Not only does it increase your energy levels and improve your overall health, it also creates self mastery by building up your will power and self discipline. Almost every highly successful person has made exercise a part of their routine and lifestyle. It doesn’t matter what form you choose, just pick one and stick to it.
